Professional Editing

Editing is included with all photography and videography. The conditions for photography are not always ideal. When time is of the essence, we can't always wait for the perfect time and perfect day, and we certainly can't wait out the seasons. Not every home has ideal lighting, not every room is getting sunlight at the same time. The solution is photo editing. We use a reputable company for all photo editing that delivers consistent results in a timely manner. We are capable of editing in house, but the time involved when shooting bracketed photography (5 different exposure shots for every 1 picture), is immense, so for us and the customer it just makes sense to go with a trusted company to take our photographs and make them look how we, and you, expect them to, and get them to us quickly. 

Photography is often the last step before listing, so I often work with agents who are hoping to list within 24 hours. We aim to everything to you in that time period.
